None of my plans are one size fits all, cause nothing should ever be one size fits all, frankly it’s insulting. My goals are your goals. It’s as simple as that. If you succeed I have succeeded.
Each program starts with a video session live with Marcus, from there you will have a custom formed work out, working toward your goals for the next three months.
Starting out, I will ask you a few questions to get to know where it is you are coming from with your goals.
From there we have options, I will start with a personalized recommendation for plans and course of action. Meetings can be held up to 4 times a week, and can include nutrition recommendations as well as a host of other options. Just ask.
Choose individual quarterly plans or choose a full year of plans and save.

Being a translator, I spend many hours sitting in front of a computer; the job was somewhat addictive and I never found the time to stop and exercise. One day Marcus dropped by the office and told me that I had gained weight due to stress and poor diet and should do something about it. This triggered my decision to work out, but I needed somebody to motivate me and keep me accountable. That’s how Marcus became my trainer and my wife’s trainer. Today, we work out three times a week. I lost weight but more importantly I feel great and while being over 70, I get a lot compliments for my great shape. Same for my wife.

I met Marcus when I took one of his classes at Bodyworks. I knew after one class that I would be comfortable having him train me as I was looking for a personal trainer at the time. He was very approachable, and we exchanged information, and he emailed me the next day.
After meeting him and talking about my fitness and health goals, he put together a workout and nutrition plan just for me that I was able to stick with. Meeting with him once a week and having him give me workout guidelines for the other days really helps me stay on track. I travel a lot and he has been able to tailor my workouts so I can do them on the road when necessary. He is patient and cognizant of my needs, abilities, insecurities, and overall goals.
Since starting with Marcus last December I have seen a change in my bodybut, more importantly , a change in my mindset about nutrition, exercise, and my self – image. I’ve struggled with my weight, body dysmorphia, and binge eating disorder most of my life life , but at this point I can honestly say I have these battles under control, and I know Marcus has been a positive point in my journey.
I don’t dread going to the gym. I’m not self – conscious about lifting. I don’t torture myself over myfood choices. My physical and mental health have improved over the last 10 months and I’m feeling a lot less anxious about wearing a wedding dress!

Do I have to become a member to book personal training?
No you do not, But you’ll spend more!
How much does “Basic Membership” cost?
Basic Membership is and always will be free, this allows you access to book appointments for a discount and fill out the forms needed to further your fitness goals.
Can anyone start a workout program?
YES! Young, mature, little, big, dense, or waffery, everyone can benefit from giving their body some thought and time.
Am I too old to start a work out program?
Never. Any program can be customized to fit your goals, abilities and needs.
It’s super expensive to have a trainer, isn’t it?
Our information is free to our members. Many have convinced us that our health and wellness is a luxury only for the wealthy. This is simply not the case. I’ve been there and I’m here to help. Through our basic membership you will have access to many different tips and tricks all over our website. And again, basic membership is free.
